Yeah, the iPhone Wireless works fine in europe (and asia I guess). I myself do not own an iPhone simply because without the Phone feature I don't see the point in buying one (I live in switzerland) but a friend of mine does all my testing on his iPhone (yes, he's a Mac-Junky that doesn't care about how useless it is here, as long as he can show off to the other nerds ^^).
