To add further, applications will be downloaded by people using iTunes & part
of the revenue from sale of application (if commercial) would go to apple also.

All,

By what means (Application) does one package an application written
using Xcode,
and how do you put it on a Web Server to be downloaded into an iPhone?
We can't use Jailbreak or other breaking means.

You should spend some time reading the iPhone Developer section at
http://developer.apple.com. Without jailbreaking, you will have to apply
for the developer program at Apple, pay a fee, register for
certificate(s), sign your applications with the certificates, then
register the application(s) in the Apple AppStore. There is no other
official way to put apps on the phone.
