I think that discussions on integrating webapps into native apps using UIWebView does fall under the topic of "iPhone Web Development" and is a legitimate topic for discussion on this list. It is essentially an alternate distribution mechanism for WebApps. As long as the discussion focuses on integration issues and the subject line makes that clear, I think it will add value to this list.
