Dashcode also lays everything out with CSS (which is good) but does  
make the pages larger.

On the plus side it does allow you to create web apps relatively  
quickly through it GUI...personally I start out with Dashcode and for  
anything not supported or where I can do things better, I then add in  
my own code.
