I would like to develop a streaming audio content app for an iPhone and am wondering about the possibility of doing so with a web app vs the iPhone SDK. I don't have a Mac (yet) and am wondering if I really need to make the investment if I'm just developing a web app. Recommendations for development tools would be approcaited as well.
