There are two fixes in the iUI SVN trunk
i) A fix that allows links to external pages with anchors to be followed
(this fix applies to links to iUI and non-iUI external pages)
ii) An enhancement that will 'honor' an anchor to an iUI 'page' (aka
view) when
an iUI HTML page is loaded
These will both be included in Release 0.30.
