If I understand what you're asking, you will want to have your backend code
look at the request to determine what CSS to use. for example in PHP the
code would look at the $_SERVER['HTTP_USER_AGENT'] value.  Then use
get_browser() to get the capabilities, see http://us3.php.net/get_browser.
