Yes, for the status bar, url bar and bottom bar, we will probably need to
use non-px css measurements ('em' or 'cm' or something)... and use css
gradients instead of images.

A simpler (but not as high quality) workaround might be to change the
zoom/scale in the <meta name="viewport" (line 5 in the music.html iUI sample
app)...

For the standalone startup image, I would guess the iPhone 4 would
automatically resize the older-size image to be backwards-compatible with
the thousands of existing apps (but it won't look as good). Perhaps the
older iPhones will resize an image that's too large? (would look better on
the iPhone 4, but may have some scaling artifacts when resized by older
phones)
