In case anyone is interested, I created a very basic Xcode project called 
"base". It provides two uiwebkit views, one for the toolbar, one for the body. 
Just drop your HTML on XCode, tweak a few settings, and compile. More detailed 
instructions are on the page.

It provides a more native feel by using two web views to accomplish a fixed 
titlebar. I may ad an optional 3rd view as a tabbar in a future version. Other 
than that, nothing fancy here, just a basic starting point.
