We are in the process of finalizing release 0.4. It will probably be a few more weeks before we can start again on 0.5.
To make an Alpha release of 0.5 I'm counting on help from Remi and others in submitting nice Git pull requests with the various feature of the experimental iUI 0.5 that can be merged into 0.4.
If you're comfortable with Git you could create a branch off of 0.4 that has the 0.5 features you want and that would also help me to integrate them when the time comes.
