I built a cygwin ipmitool. The build went very smoothly.
However, when I try to run it using some of the same commands I use on
Linux, they error out:
$ ./ipmitool -I lanplus -U root -H 10.10.11.1 sol activate
Password:
Error loading interface lanplus
data-test-ah-Administrator:/usr/local/bin i686-pc-cygwin 3484 -
above cmd done 2008 Sat Jun 21 05:54 PM
$ ./ipmitool -I lanplus -U root -H 10.10.11.1 chassis power reset
Password:
Error loading interface lanplus
What do I need to do in order to use ipmitool from windows? Is there
any alternative to lanplus if I need SOL?
