There are several new features in this release, like config
save/restore, BIOS version display, -v to set user privilege level to
Operator/User/Admin.
Note that the default Linux build now only includes BSD code, you must
use ./configure --enable-gpl to build with GPL features like MD2 hash
and valinux interface. Formerly it required a configure option to build
with non-gpl code.
