Hi Al,

No we will not ship the map file formally, because we see no issues
with sel list here; at least for monolithic and modular servers. But 
this support could be for PowerEdge C servers where the current 
delloem extension might not work properly for sel list.

I'm just trying to check this feasibility for C servers, where potentially
it could help many customers.

So any help on this sel map file would be appreciated.

Some time ago, I spent some time deciphering that SEL map file (sorry
can't remember the format).

If Dell is interested in adding some SEL OEMisms into ipmitool, could it
be through normal code and *not* this hex file.  The file is quite
confusing.
