All, I've made the tar bundles for release 1.8.12 available for immediate download. See the ChangeLog for information pertaining to what has changed since 1.8.11. If you have problems with the tar bundles themselves, please let me know as this is the first time I've gone through the release processes and could likely have gotten something wrong.
