I think that what you propose does not give privacy.  The hash you
propose will stay un-changed and someone can identify that the same
person that bought a CD yesterday, bought an MD today.  So what.

What do you think?
 

you should probably change your address periodically (as suggested in RFC3041)
by using a different nonce....
