IPv6 Ready Logo Committee published the newest test specification (v1.0.3).

Major changes are
- Fixed test procedure to invoke INVALID_KE_PAYLOAD
- Permitted to omit INTEG transform when the integrity algorithm is NONE
Then TAHI Project also released the conformance test tool -- IKEv2_Self_Test
v1.0.3
supporting this test specification.
Since this version of IKEv2_Self_Test strongly requires to use koi v2.1.6,
please replace your koi when you update IKEv2_Self_Test to v1.0.3.
