This message closed out the WG LC. There remains one open issue, #202. 
Based on Scott Moonen's suggestion, he and David Weirbowski will propose 
wording for combining sections 9.2 and 9.4 into a single discussion that 
will close this issue. They can bring this proposal to the mailing list 
and, assuming there is general agreement, the authors will put out a 
final version with it in it and we can move the document to our Area 
Director.
