Thanks for volunteering. I converted  RFC 7402, appendix B by hand 
(copy-paste). I will send you that.

draft-antony-ipsecme-beet-mode-00 was my attempt to re-write Pekka's I.D 
without Mobile IP, this is less ideal for 7402-bis, due to re-write and 
addition IPv4 Fragmentation support.
