because it is more accurate although “cryptographically …” is more frequently 
used.

Note that the PQUIP WG published RFC9794 
https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc9794 which states:

        Cryptographically Relevant Quantum Computer (CRQC)

I strongly recommend to use that term for CRQC instead of "cryptanalytically 
relevant quantum computer",
to keep consistency within IETF documents (which is one of the goals of the 
PQUIP WG)
