Panos and Scott, Thank you for your work on this specification, I have very few (editorial) comments on the draft. I also have a request for the shepherd's writeup.
Draft comments: Section 1, para 3, last sentence: parameter/parameters? Section 1.1: Add 'US' and spell out NIST on first use. Shepherd writeup: Can you please add a note about the third party IPR disclosure that was made on 24 March? The draft comments can wait until there are more changes queued, but I'd like the shepherd's writeup change to happen sooner. In the meanwhile, I will request IETF Last Call. Deb
