Hi Gyan,

Thanks for the review. No new IKEv2 code points are needed. The draft
reuses the generic Digital Signature method (RFC 7427), which identifies
the algorithm by OID in the AUTH payload, so new PQC algorithms need no
IKEv2 registry change.
Rekeying is unaffected by the PQC signature algorithms, CREATE_CHILD_SA
carries no AUTH payload.
