Many thanks to Eric Vynke for offering to be the responsible AD for this draft,
I appreciate it greatly. Also thanks to Russ Housley for their multiple secdir
reviews.

I only have a couple of comments:

Should RFCs 9881 and 9909 be normative?  This draft does lean on the work done
by those two drafts - OIDs, Security Considerations.

RFC 9958 is referenced several times.  To make this more obviously an
informational reference, I suggest using the phrase 'for example' to make this
more obvious.
