Use Persistent Data Connection:

Select this option when your computer (client machine) is running
behind NAT.
In the Windows registry, the value "Client uses NAT" must be set to
the integer value of "1."

Clicking this check box causes Ipswitch IM to automatically make this
change. Note: Making this
change to the registry forces the IM Client to keep a persistent
connect to the Ipswitch Instant
Messenger Server. Do not make this selection unless you are instructed
to do so by
your IM administrator.
