draft-ietf-6man-node-req-bis-09.txt has been posted (for some reason, no announcement went out).
This document has all the remaining revisions that I know of. I believe it is ready for advancement. Changes since -08: 1. Updated text w.r.t MLD (as posted on the list). Now also refers to Lightweight MLDv2. 2. Added a paragraph on PMTU, adding a reference to RFC 4821 (Packetization Layer Path MTU Discovery). 3) updated the acknowledgements section. 4) Cleaned up the references, making all SHOULD/MUSTs be normative, pretty much everything else an Informational reference.
