I regret to say that I find the proposal in this I-D confusing, likely to increase confusion, and also likely to create avoidable complexity in other IPv6 WG documents. I don't believe the claimed problem described in the draft is an actual problem, either now or during the past ~15 years of IPv6 work in the IETF.
So I am afraid that I can't support this document in its current form.
