Hot on SlideShare: Content that packs a punch
To all of you who create, receive, upload and download content every day, we
salute you! There have been some terrific presentations published recently
about content marketing. Sharing content for brand and credibility building is
valuable for-profit and non-profit organizations alike. This is demonstrated
in Joe Pulizzibs presentation, delivered at a recent workshop on content
marketing for non-profits. Webve listed more examples of content marketing
on our blog.

Content and the new Gov 2.0
Sometimes a slideshow jumps out for its usefulness to a limited, specific
audience. Texas Parks and Wildlife Department has published its guide to
maintaining health of black bass retained in livewells. In just 14 slides, the
agency delivers technical specifications, equipment specs and resources for
ensuring the safety of sick fish. By making the guide available online, they
are assured that anyone who needs this critical information has access to it.

Attention researchers: The White House has recently transitioned from
publishing on its transparency websites to its SlideShare channel, as a
platform for documentation. There are currently 1240 documents now available
to the public on the White House channel.
