Hello all, I have used Virtualbox to installed Fedora 14 in an iSCSI target at localhost (iqn.2007-08.localhost:iscsiboot). (Many thanks to mcb30's help!) After iPXE starts up, I entered:
iPXE> dhcp
DHCP (net0 08:00:27:45:a1:d6).... ok
iPXE> sanboot iscsi:localhost::::iqn.2007-08.localhost:iscsiboot
Virtualbox appears to have found and loaded the iSCSI target, but after a few
seconds virtualbox shows: "Unable to locate IOAPIC." (see attached screenshot
for more detail). Then, virtualbox shows: "No root device found" and "Boot
has
failed, sleeping forever."
What could be the problem?? Thanks very much!
