You may use the pciscan command:
http://ipxe.org/cmd/pciscan

But I find it more flexible to do things from the initrd, if I can help it.

Bring up the network interface then wget a driver package.
iPXE's scripting language is quite sophisticated but
Linux+bash will always be more powerful. The Linux+bash approach
has the additional advantage that you can more easily test and debug problems.
