If you cannot even ping to or from the machine running iPXE, then you
have a basic problem with connectivity. All the information about
sanhook timeouts, iscsiadm, etc is an irrelevant distraction.
You need to find out why you are unable to ping the iPXE machine. For a
start, have you actually opened the network interface (using e.g.
"ifopen" or "dhcp")? What does "ifstat" show? What does "route" show?
Do any of the counters reported by "ifstat" change when you attempt a
ping (either to or from the machine running iPXE)?
