Tim, According to recent QSL from CE Bill Lipis at XEPE, they are indeed 10 KW ND fulltime but runs two towers. But XEPE is much stronger here than XEUT. I have always wondered if XEUT was running 10 KW, as they sure don't sound like it. More like 1 KW.
