You are absolutely right.  I confused the IRCA list with several other 
radio related ones to which I belong, that have had ongoing discussions of 
delayed messages.  A Yahoo email ad at the bottom of an IRCA post I glanced 
at added to my confusion.

Since delays were the primary issue of my post, the remainder is probably 
irrelevant.

Apologies to the IRCA List host for my mistake.
