I finally found the reference that I mentioned to Curt yesterday regarding Radio Reloj being relayed to the other networks after 0600 Z. http://www.amfmdx.net/amdx/cubanradio.html "Rodriguez of R. Reloj; other stations may relay Reloj after 0600 UTC (12/99 NRC" It's dated material but may help explain those ticks and "diddahdditdiddahdit" that shows up in unexpected places on our dials. There's probably nothing sacred about adherence to only relaying after 0600Z. Does Fidel sign the WACS certificate?
