Hey, This is a great database, even if it just uses ITU submissions.... its easily accessible, seems to pick up at least some directional patterns and can be searched not only by frequency but by network.... I don't know if this will clear up and of the PAL Unknown Location sites in China, for instance, but its sure worth checking. Excellent resource. Thanks Nick!
