I have no trouble at all hearing one Filipino. She runs 1 galWatt on 
various frequencies.
Forgets to power down after sunset. Powers up to 1 megawatt during 
wrestling on TV.

New VOA-1170 transmitter is a Harris DX-1000. Four tower array. Toward 
Korean, Vietnam
and China, I think.
