The data for KBRV shows a CP for both 790 and  800

Most likely, the 790 CP is just to move the tower..... The 800 CP is  for the 
50KW. This comes from fccinfo.com

However, radio-locator only  shows 790 with 5KW Day and 29 Watts at night.
