Scott, Very well put! I totally agree 100%. I have talked to a lot of CEs during the years I have DXed and the one thing that has changed is their free time. They have very little of it. In asking for a QSL, I never ask for much these days. Sure that QSL card of letter is a prize that we all want. But in the case of my WRKO QSL of today, I am thrilled that I got a reply. Better than a prepared card. At least he was able to take the time to write a QSL statement on the bottom of my letter. This was especially a "triple" goodie for me. First for the CE of KNBR to pass the word on that the station was going to be off and then to to log WRKO, third the QSL.
