Dennis,

    If it hasn't been moved, it's located in the Ban Pachi District. 
Also, it was the site of broadcasts from R. Thailand and VoFree China. 
Checking ancient FBIS publications, the site was referred to as Sara 
Buri. No idea of the coordinates.
