Yes, HD Noise can be nulled as easily as any signal. I can phase out KEX's hash at 75 miles, but unfortunately, phasing it you knock down a lot of signal from other directions too. It is like nulling or phasing noise of any kind. Sure, you can get rid of it often, but you also get rid of most of the DX in that direction too.
