KWDB is at it again,the hiss is on eleven ten. A similar scratchy hiss is eminating from a transmitter not far from here as it was a night ago and I haven't been succesful in finding out what the purpose behind it is.It makes tuning in to 1100 and 1120 more challenging.They're lucky they have only 500 watts otherwise I'd have to go over there and kick their butts. --Bill in nearby BC
