0318 PDT I'm hearing what sounds like morse code on 1220 khz. The noise floor and signal are pretty close and I haven't been able to decipher it as of yet. The tone is around 1khz and is consistant with no lengthy breaks. Direction is primarily NW/SE. I can hear it through semi-local KPJC in Salem, in the AM mode as well as a little better using CW. I don't know if it's data or what. The skill of the sender doesn't appear to be all that good and it appears to be in the 5-10 wpm range, but it's inconsistant. Ideas?
