The other night I stopped on 970 for a bit & found a Fox Sports Net station atop. Who is this? Last I heard KESP in Modesto was ESPN Sports Net....Has Portland or Bakersfield switched to FSN? Just curious. Never heard FSN on 970 in the last few years.
