1440 UNID Non stop Classical mx at 0245 EDT 6/19 off Eastern beverage. A woman announcer IDed at 0257 as "KCAC or KBAC or something similar, but it was buried in the jumble with other stations. Who is Classical to the East on 1440. It sounded Educational or NPR? I can't find anything listed. Has a commercial station been donated to a school or college? Thanks. (PM-OR)
