I can't find any 1440 that has a sister FM classical station. As for KPTO in Pocatello, it's owned by a guy named E. Morgan Skinner, Jr. I don't know anything about him. I don't believe he's the same guy who owns 1450 in St. George, notwithstanding the St. George PO Box and phone number posted for him earlier (and yes, that's the same contact info that's on the KPTO license.)
