670 WPMH VA Claremont/Plymouth: Seems to be having real problems.
Maybe will have carrier up at 0900, but won't begin
programming until around 1200 EDT. Modulation level
varies widely, and a couple of days ago was // with
some station on 1450 instead of carrying own pro-
gramming. If they keep this up, MAYBE I'll be able
to get a daytime ID on WWFE. (CAT-NC
