An example of what might be done, yet retain KGA as a Class A, is what KIRO did to become a Class A in the first place, vis a vis KMPC's then 5 kW night operation, later upgraded to 10 kW. Co-located and co-owned 790's towers are sited just about right to implement such a pattern. Yet, KTRB, the Bay Area's newest AM, is a complete joke, and the area really can't support yet another AM. _______________________________________________ IRCA mailing list IRCA@hard-core-dx.com http://montreal.kotalampi.com/mailman/listinfo/irca Opinions expressed in messages on this mailing list are those of the original contributors and do not necessarily reflect the opinion of the IRCA, its editors, publishing staff, or officers For more information: http://www.ircaonline.org To Post a message: irca@hard-core-dx.com
