An example of what might be done, yet retain KGA as a Class A, is what 
KIRO did to become a Class A in the first place, vis a vis KMPC's then 5 
kW night operation, later upgraded to 10 kW.

Co-located and co-owned 790's towers are sited just about right to 
implement such a pattern.

Yet, KTRB, the Bay Area's newest AM, is a complete joke, and the area 
really can't support yet another AM.
