An Asset Purchase Agreement was signed last Friday for the sale of KCKK to Mile High Sports. Format change occurred this morning. Station noted at 10:00 AM local time IDing as Mile High Sports Radio with dual ID for KCKK Littleton-Denver and KSXT Loveland. Programming this morning is syndicated Sporting News Radio. A memo from NRC management indicates this will be an LMA operating from the studios at NRC until FCC approval of the sale.
