The station on 1600 in Lakewood is still there Paul. They just changed call letters and format. They are now KEPN with sports. When 1600 dropped the KCKK call letters the station on 1510 picked up those call letters and the classic country format. Of course 1600 and 1510 are both in the Denver area. But they are completely seperate stations with different ownership. The directional patterns from both stations do send a lot of power to the north and eventually over the pole into Europe when conditions are favorable. The 1510 station has received several reception reports from Scandinavia since the new transmitter site was activated. So look for both of them when DX conditions improve.
