Colin, Kauai is actually better probably than Guam as there is much less QRM. The two locals on Kauai you can be some distance from them. There is better medical on Kauai probably too. But it is wide open to the Pacific there. Better than the other islands. The largest towns are Kapaa and Lihue, both around 5,000.
