As an addition to that report, I noticed that KXPA became unlistenable at about Northgate in Seattle last night on my way home. (It reached the point that a "normal" listener would've probably tuned out before that.) I think that is somewhere around 10 mi. from their tx site, pretty much in the "main lobe".
