Y'know, deteriorating conditions often predict an increase in A/K readings. They are up a bit today from yesterday. I wonder just what happens to cause that? The next time conditions really tank, take a look at the current am-dx.com WWV conditions. See if they lead or lag the drop in propagation. You'd think the numbers would lead, but it often doesn't seem so.
